Kristine Hurd

Kristine is a self-taught artist currently living on a farm in Saskatchewan. She's explored many different art forms including watercolor, oils, acrylic, coloring, sketching and doodling, but it wasn't until she found alcohol inks that she discovered her real passion.

Much of the inspiration for Kristine's art comes from life on the prairies: the sun setting over a field of crops, summers at the lake, the Milky Way in her back yard, the beauty of the northern lights, and the colors of harvest time.

​While Kristine primarily creates art with Alcohol ink she loves to experiment and tries not to limit herself to one medium or style.
